Richard Tengowski, Kohler band director, recently presented two presentations at the 2018 Fall Music Conference sponsored by the Wisconsin Music Educators Association. The sessions were Unpacking the Performance Standards and Breaking the Code: Assessment with Standards. Tengowski has also been invited to present a series of workshops in January and in July at the Wisconsin Center for Music Education.
The Wisconsin State Music Conference offers professional development workshops and provides a forum for music educators to network. “It is a great honor to be selected to present and a wonderful opportunity to showcase some of the teaching initiatives that we have created here at Kohler Public Schools.”
