The annual Law Enforcement Torch Run fundraiser for Special Olympics kicked off on June 6 in Sheboygan, making a stop at the Kohler Police Department where Officer Matt Hocevar joined in.
Law enforcement participants all over the state run in the event as it passes through their respective areas. The Sheboygan County run started in the City of Sheboygan and passed through Kohler, Sheboygan Falls, Plymouth, and Elkhart Lake.
The caravan makes its way to Stevens Point in the final leg, where the opening ceremony of the Special Olympics takes place.
