There was another death in Sheboygan County due to COVID-19 raising the total to 10. The person who died was in the 70-79 age group.
Sheboygan County percent of tests positive:Over the Holiday weekend, 1044 tests were returned with 43 positive, for a percentage of 4.2%.There are 98 (-9) active cases and 51 more recovered since last Friday. There are 9 hospitalized.
The age group seeing the biggest jump was the 50-59 category with +13.
The Census tract covering the west side of the City of Plymouth and westward continues to be the hot spot, jumping by 32 in seven days, making it the darkest red tract on the map (see map at end of article).
There are six active investigations in long-term facilities, five in workplaces, and one each in a health care setting, group home, and school.
State percent positives shot up to 18% today, but no deaths have been reported for the past three days.
