Sheboygan – Prevea Health is pleased to announce it will break ground on a new medical office building on the campus of HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan this spring.
A new building will allow us to be more efficient by consolidating many of our existing services in Sheboygan into one location, and, make room for future growth,” said Dr. Ashok Rai, President and CEO at Prevea Health. “Most importantly, it will allow us to deliver an enhanced level of care to our patients, close to home, in the community of Sheboygan.”
HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital, a partner of Prevea Health since 2009, is located at 3100 Superior Ave. in Sheboygan. The medical office building will be located on the northwest side of the hospital campus, five-stories high and approximately 61,000-square-feet. It will be home to a variety of Prevea Health specialty services, including:
- Sports Medicine
- Back & Spine Care
- Physical Therapy
- Occupational Therapy
- Surgical consultation
- Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT)
Environmentally-friendly practices will be used in the construction of the new medical office building and include the use of locally-sourced materials, LED lighting and low-flow plumbing.
