Kohler officers sworn in, awards presented

Three Kohler officers were sworn in before family members and guests on December 28 in the Kirkpatrick Center at Kohler Village Hall.

Chad Gross was sworn in as Lieutenant, and Patrick Eadie and Jose Mireles were sworn in as new patrol officers.

Awards were also presented during the ceremony recognizing those who aided in the discovery and lengthy investigation of an extensive invasion of privacy incident in Kohler. Daniel Howard, Target’s Assets Protection Leader, was presented with a Letter of Appreciation from the Kohler Police Department for his assistance in providing prompt action to aid people and/or in aiding the department in accomplishment of its mission. He was also presented with a Wisconsin Victim/Witness Professionals Crime Victim Service Award. Lt. Chad Gross was presented with a Meritorious Service Award for performing an extremely laudable or extraordinary act in the furtherance of law enforcement or community betterment.

Jodie Kuklinski, Office Administrator, was presented with a Commendation Award in recognition of a high degree of competence and professionalism in the performance of the department, outstanding administrative work, and effective handling of criminal investigations.
