Kohler figure skaters bring home ten medals from Badger State Games

The Sheboygan Lakers Figure Skating Club competed at the Badger State Games held on Thursday, January 30 through Sunday, February 2, in Mosinee, Wisconsin.

During the four-day event, 24 skaters brought home a total of 41 medals. Five Kohler youth competed with the Sheboygan Lakers Figure Skating Club while representing the Village of Kohler and brought home ten medals. Congratulations to Isla Avery and Emma Romanoksi who each brought home two silver medals – one for synchronized skating and one for theatre on ice, Hannah Post who brought home one silver medal for theatre on ice, Lucia Perez who brought home one silver medal for synchronized skating, and Julia Lepak who brought home three silver medals for her solo free skate event, theatre on ice, and synchronized skating.

The synchronized skating teams will be skating at in their final competition during the 2019-2020 season held in Beaver Dam, WI, on February 18.
