Kohler chefs craft massive chocolate Easter egg for Easter brunch and weekend festivities at The American Club
Pastry Chef Nicolas Blouin and Assistant Travis Jeske crafted a massive 30inch chocolate Easter egg with a golden egg in the middle with the sculpture weighing almost 50 pounds.
This egg will be display at The American Club from Friday, March 23 to Saturday, March 31. On Easter Sunday the culinary team will display the egg as décor for the artful pastry buffet station during the annual Easter Brunch in the Grand Hall of the Great Lakes. (See brunch information below).
For visitors, special hotel rates are available for lodging at The American Club, Inn on Woodlake and Sandhill. New offerings for Easter include an adult Easter Egg Hunt, and an annual favorite – a complimentary Easter themed day at Kohler Design Center.
