ACTIVITY                                    STUDENT                                         KOHLER PRIDE

Science Olympiad                   Cecelia Zielke                                  Commitment

She has put a lot of her own time into planning and organizing Science Olympiad this year. Cecelia runs the meetings, ensures groups are working on what they should be, and plans new activities for the group to be better prepared for future meets. I’m very grateful for Cecelia this year and her efforts in Science Olympiad.

Leadership Team                    Jackson Edmunds                        Commitment

Jackson has spent countless free periods working on the computer carts in Mr. P’s room and Mr. McB’s room. It is this selfless behavior and dedication that is appreciated by all staff members. Jackson exudes everything a Kohler-dedication, passion, empathy, and resilience. Thank you Jackson for your hard work.

ATHLETE                                    STUDENT                                         KOHLER PRIDE

Cheer Team                               Madeline Wohlgmuth                   Achievement

Madeline has worked very hard since the beginning of the season on all of her cheer skills… and it shows. She catches on very quickly to new cheers. She works hard at practice and is always enthusiastic during the games. She is a great addition to the cheer team!

Boys Basketball-Varsity        Eli Nugent                                         Determination

Eli’s performance on both the defensive and offensive end propelled the Blue Bombers to the 2018 Kampy Memorial Tournament Championship.  Congratulations on a nice tournament Eli.

Boys Basketball-JV                 Tanner Coenen                              Leadership

Tanner is new to Kohler and has been a great addition to the school and our basketball program. Tanner always carries himself with class, plays with high energy, and is becoming an accomplished leader. His consistent and competitive play in games and practices often sets the pace for the team. We look forward to seeing Tanner continue to advance as a young student athlete.

Girls Basketball-Varsity         Sami Renzelman                            Leadership

Sami is being recognized for her leadership on the court over the past 3 seasons. She is the team’s vocal and emotional leader who consistently fuels our defense with positive energy and tenacity. Offensively, Sami was instrumental to our teams success – scoring double-digit points and leading the team in assists in two of the three games. She also scored the go-ahead three-point shot and hit one-of-two free throws in the waning seconds of an historic victory at Oostburg before Christmas Break.
