HomeGoods store approved for Deer Trace location

The Village Board approved a Special Use Permit to TJX Companies, Inc. and Inland Real Estate Corp. for a HomeGoods store at Deer Trace Shopping Center.

HomeGoods plans to occupy part of the building that currently houses the Boston Store, which is going out of business. (There are no tenants yet for the remainder of the building).

HomeGoods is operated by The TJX Companies, Inc. based in Framingham, Massachusetts. The company also operates TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Sierra Trading Post, and HomeSense, along with three e-commerce websites.

Bargain hunters will find frequently changing high-quality name brand products for the home at discount prices. Some of the departments  include Furniture, Lighting, Rugs, Outdoor, Gifts, Bedding, Bath, Accents, Kids, Storage, Dining, Pet, Wall decor and mirrors, Kitchen essentials, and Seasonal décor.
