Ash Wednesday
Wednesday, March 6                         6:30 p.m.

Ash Wednesday is the first day of lent which lasts 40 days (not including Sundays). It is a time that many Christians prepare for

Easter, observing a period of self-reflection. Worship will include an opportunity for imposition of ashes that reminds us of our mortality,

as well as Holy Communion. The Senior Choir will enhance our worship. All are welcome!

Palm Sunday
Sunday, April 14                     8 & 10 a.m.

Palm Sunday begins Holy Week in which we celebrate Jesus’ triumphant entrance into Jerusalem. Worship will include palms.

Maundy Thursday
Thursday, April 18                  6:30 p.m.

Maundy Thursday is the day in which we remember Jesus’ last Passover meal with his disciples. Worship will include a service of

symbols and shadows, gradual extinguishing candles to prepare us for the darkness of Good Friday. Worship will include Holy Communion. The Festival Choir will enhance our worship. All are welcome!

Good Friday
Friday, April 19           6:30 p.m.

Good Friday is the day in which we commemorate Jesus’ crucifixion. Worship will be a solemn service that includes a service of Tenebrae, gradual extinguishing of candles and stripping of the altar. We will leave the sanctuary in silence, reminding us of the agony of events. There will be no benediction to remind us the story is not over.

All are welcome!

Easter
Sunday, April 21         8 & 10 a.m.

Easter celebrates the resurrection of Jesus Christ. Worship will include Holy Communion at both services. The Festival Choir and trumpeter will enhance our worship at 10 a.m. service. All are welcome!

“Wherever you are on life’s journey, you are welcome here.”
