Bill Rutten announced as new District Representative for National Mutual Benefit Announces
Plymouth, WI – National Mutual Benefit is proud to announce Bill Rutten as the newest district representative of the Lakeshore Agency.
Rutten joins National Mutual Benefit with over 30 years of experience in the law enforcement career, recently retiring as the Kohler Chief of Police. He is actively involved with community projects including the Kohler Police Athletic League, Meals on Wheels, and is the head usher at his local church. Rutten grew up in Menasha, Wisconsin and currently resides in Kohler, Wisconsin with his wife, Kathy. They have two daughters, Courtney and Jennifer.
