Learn how Quivira Vineyards uses nature’s own force and momentum to cultivate perpetual biodynamics which create richness and vitality on its entire estate, ultimately producing better-quality grapes and wine. Sam Tesconi, Marketing Specialist, Quivira Vineyards and LaFollette Wines, will walk you through a tasting of Quivira estate wines, demonstrating the value of holistic farming. Each guest will receive a jar of Quivira’s estate-grown herb salt with the tasting.
