The focus of the sports world will return once again to Whistling Straits in Kohler, Wisconsin from September 22 – September 27, 2020, for the 43rd Ryder Cup, and over 4000 volunteers are needed to ensure its success.
A release from the PGA announces that due to high demand, a random draw will be used to determine new Ryder Cup volunteers. Past volunteers of the 2015 PGA Championship, however, will receive preferential consideration for volunteer positions. The remaining spots will be filled from the random draw.
Anyone interested in volunteering are asked to complete this VOLUNTEER RANDOM DRAW FORM by March 1, 2019. In April 2019, everyone entered in the random draw will be notified by e-mail whether or not they have been selected. Those selected in the random draw will then have the opportunity to complete an online application for one volunteer position.
* All Ryder Cup Volunteers must be 21 years of age as of September 22, 2020
* Entering the Random Draw does NOT guarantee a volunteer position at the Ryder Cup.
